Founded in 1909 and based in Koishikawa, Bunkyo City, Uchida Dyeing Factory is a textile dyeing workshop that has earned the deep trust of top-tier fashion houses including Comme des Garçons and Issey Miyake. Their skilled craftspeople will make an appearance at Shin-Marunouchi Building, offering a live demonstration of the dyeing process right before your eyes. Visitors can choose from spring-inspired colors and patterns reminiscent of cherry blossoms to create their very own original cotton handkerchief. (Priority will be given to Marunouchi workers on the 20th, and to Tokyo residents on the 21st and 22nd.)
