The “Idea Realization Project” takes ideas born from interviews with creators across various fields — conducted by the web magazine Roppongi Future Talks — and brings them to life in the actual streets of Roppongi. This spring 2026, an installation by dress designer and visual artist Tomotaka Koizumi that transcends the boundary between fashion and art will appear at Tokyo Midtown. The voluminous ruffles that are synonymous with TOMO KOIZUMI will sway in the breeze, conjuring a new landscape where nature and the artificial resonate with one another. The vibrant color palette visualizes TOMO KOIZUMI’s “aesthetic of celebrating diversity.” This dreamlike scene, emerging with the arrival of spring, gently unravels the hearts of all who see it and draws them into a moment of quiet, blissful joy.
