Good Design Award. 2024 Focus Issue.

The Focus Issue is an initiative of the Good Design Awards, Japan’s only comprehensive design evaluation and recommendation system, in which future designs in society are envisioned through the judging process and presented as proposals. This exhibition focuses on the Focus Issue theme for 2024, “Design that expands from the first step,” and will exhibit the six proposals and the latest Good Design Award-winning designs that serve as examples of each.
In addition to unraveling the intentions behind the theme, the exhibition also delves deeply into the diverse perspectives behind the recommendations. We hope that by experiencing the thoughts of those involved in the creation of good design and the stories of their challenges, viewers will be inspired to take the “first step”.
